Foot Reflexology
Nayam has incorporated this ancient therapy, practiced for centuries in Eastern culture, into its services. Reflexology consists of applying pressure to different points on the sole of the foot, where, according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), they correspond to different areas of the body.

Myofascial Release Therapy
“Myo” in Greek is a combined form meaning muscle and “fascial” relates to fascia.
